Refund policy

Returns, Refunds, and Warranties Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Our policies are designed to be clear and fair and are in full compliance with Australian Consumer Law.

Consumer Guarantees

Under Australian Consumer Law, you are entitled to certain guarantees when you purchase goods or services from us. These guarantees are in addition to any other rights or remedies you may have. If a product fails to meet one of these guarantees, you have a right to a remedy.

  • Minor Faults: If a product has a minor fault, we will offer a repair, replacement, or refund at our discretion.

  • Major Faults: If a product has a major fault, you are entitled to a refund, a replacement, or to keep the goods and receive compensation for any drop in value. A major fault is defined by Australian Consumer Law as a problem that a reasonable consumer would not have purchased the product for if they had known about the issue, or if the product is unsafe, significantly different from the sample or description, or substantially unfit for its purpose.

What Our Policy Covers

Our policy covers returns for faulty or defective products. Please note that we are not required to provide a refund or replacement if you simply change your mind about a purchase. We may, however, offer a store credit or exchange in such cases, at our discretion.

How to Initiate a Return

If you believe a product is faulty, please contact us at [Your Email Address or Phone Number] with your order number and details of the fault. We will guide you through the return process.

Warranties

Any manufacturer's warranty offered on our products is in addition to the consumer guarantees provided under Australian Consumer Law. Your rights under the ACL are not limited by any warranty.
